This organ was built in 1899 for Alexandre Guilmant and installed in his Meudon home. It had 28 stops on 3 keyboards. It was purchased by Dupré in 1926 and transported to his home (40 bd Anatole France, Meudon). It was then modified and enhanced by Joseph Beuchet who added a 4th manual, a modern console, an extra octave, a solo division of 6 stops as well as a sostenuto action on each keyboard.
